About Me
Hi, my name is Luke Antoniadis. I became a personal trainer to inspire others to lead healthier lifestyles, one step at a time. My goal is to help people become the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally. After completing my Certificate IV in Fitness at TAFE, my vision is to guide individuals along their fitness journeys so they can avoid the mistakes I made. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science degree at Australian Catholic University.
My Story
Growing up, I’ve always had a passion for fitness. I played sports most of my life and loved staying active. Around the age of 16, I discovered the gym as a way to improve my physical performance. I started out as a skinny kid, unfamiliar with the gym environment and without much knowledge of effective training. At first, I felt lost in my efforts to make progress. But over time, my love for the gym grew as I experimented with various training methods and spent countless hours researching. Through this journey, I found the answers I needed to reach my goals, and now I hope to help you find yours. Every journey has its ups and downs, but those experiences have shaped who I am today.
